Rob Lewis

Rob Lewis is a United States Air Force Veteran and former independent business owner, Rob brings with him over 13 years of professional community management experience. He joined the AAM team in 2018 as a Community Manager, overseeing an extensive portfolio of large-scale communities. With his excellent communication skills and ability to identify, evaluate, and seek solutions to challenging situations, Rob was promoted to Director of Client Relations in 2018 and most recently to Vice President of West Valley Operations.

Rob studied Business Law & Management at Baylor University and holds the CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) designation from AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers).

AAM is a community management company serving over 500 communities in AZ, CA, NM, FL, NC, MI and soon to be TX. We partner closely with builders including Pulte, Del Web, Shea Homes, AV Homes and Mertiage to help them build out their communities including the build out of the IT in their community centers. We have multiple communities currently under IT services contracts and have been selling Meraki devices into the communities at retail rates. We are looking forward to partner with Meraki and expand this part of our business.
