Caitlin McWilliams

Caitlin McWilliams has extensive experience in executive leadership and communications within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director for the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) since January 2012, Caitlin previously held the position of Assistant Executive Director, where responsibilities included collaboration with various committees to enhance member services and oversight of marketing initiatives. Prior to their role at NADCA, Caitlin accumulated valuable experience at Habitat for Humanity of South Central New Jersey, where roles included Marketing & Communications Manager and Public Relations and Procurement Coordinator. Additionally, experience at The Hammock Source as a Public Relations and Advertising Assistant further developed Caitlin's skill set. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication/Public Relations from East Carolina University, obtained in 2008.
