Ilaria Esposito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business mentoring, coordination, and training. Currently serving as a Business Mentor at the Association of Business Mentors, Ilaria has also been the Coordinator for the Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum since July 2020 and co-founded Start Easy in 2015, where Ilaria developed a consultancy that gained 25 significant new clients in 2022. Previous roles include being a member of the Pool of Experts for the European Youth Forum, where Ilaria designed strategic plans and conducted membership surveys, and a member of the Trainers Pool at the Council of Europe, leading initiatives in human rights education and hate crime prevention. Ilaria's educational background includes degrees in Training and Educational Science, Human Rights Education, and Environmental Chemistry and Energy Management, complemented by various training programs focused on youth cooperation.
