Mark Bates is a seasoned business owner and executive coach, currently leading Applebright Coaching since June 2020, where the focus is on personal empowerment, balanced life, and well-being. Mark serves as a volunteer executive and business coach for Digital Boost and as a mentor for small businesses at Be the Business, while also being a member of the Association of Business Mentors and Enterprise Nation, specializing in business and personal growth plans. With a robust background in policing, including roles as Assistant Chief Constable at Lancashire Constabulary and Chief Superintendent at Staffordshire Police, Mark has extensive leadership experience. Mark is also a qualified member of both EMCC UK and the Association for Coaching, holding a Master's degree in Criminology from Keele University and a Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
