Matt Rowell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and mentorship. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Emergn since July 2021, Matt leads workshops and coaches teams in agile practices. Additionally, Matt is a Business Mentor for Enterprise Nation and the Association of Business Mentors, contributing to the UK government’s Help to Grow scheme and supporting small to medium business development. At GSK, Matt held various roles, including MA&D Tech Lead and Global Pharma Logistics Tech Product Manager, where responsibilities ranged from leading divestment activities to overseeing logistics technology globally. Previous experience includes roles at NorthgateArinso and Pfizer, with a background in SAP consulting and data migration. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing for Business from Northumbria University.
