Association of Business Mentors (ABM)
Paula Moses is the Founder of Permanent Education CIC and a PhD Candidate specializing in Primary Education at the University of Cumbria. With a diverse professional background, Paula has served as an Affiliate member of the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Pedagogy since September 2023, a PhD tutor with The Brilliant Club, and a Mentor with the Association of Business Mentors since December 2022. From September 2022, Paula has been teaching Permaculture Design Courses at the Northern School of Permaculture and is an Accredited Trainer in P4C+ and A-Z Metacognition Thinking Moves with DialogueWorks since June 2020. Prior experience includes being an Accredited Trainer in Philosophy for Children with SAPERE P4C, Chair and Trustee for Lymefield Outdoor Learning Centre, Vice Principal at Moorside Primary Academy, and Principal at St Barnabas C Of E Primary Academy Trust. Paula's educational qualifications encompass a PhD in progress, a Master's in Teaching and Learning, a PGCE in Primary Education, Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training, and a BA Hons in Media and Cultural Studies.

The Association of Business Mentors (ABM) is the professional association improving and professionalising business mentoring in the UK.
