Dwight Rogers currently serves as the Region 13 Equity Representative for the Association of California School Administrators since June 2023 and as the Assistant Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Conejo Valley Unified School District since July 2022. Previously, Dwight held the position of School Principal at San Juan Unified School District from July 2021 to June 2023 and was Vice Principal at Benicia High School from August 2019 to June 2023. From August 2005 to June 2023, Dwight worked as the Discipline Director at Upland Unified School District and served as the Director at YouthBuild USA from 2001 to 2004. Dwight's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Trident University International, a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Redlands, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Chapman University, and an Associate's degree from San Bernardino Valley College. Additionally, Dwight is pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology at Argosy University Los Angeles.
