Chelsea Mulheir currently serves as the National Women’s Football Development Officer at the Association of Colleges since January 2020. Prior to this role, Chelsea held the position of RTC girls U12’s Head Coach at West Bromwich Albion Football Club from July 2019 to June 2021. Other professional experiences include working as an NCOP HE Outreach Advisor at Birmingham Metropolitan College, a Student Recruitment and Outreach Officer at QA Ltd, and an Outreach Coordinator at Sport 4 Life UK. Chelsea also gained experience as a Senior Educator Recruitment and Training at Aspire Sports Health & Fitness Ltd and as a Graduate Intern in Student Recruitment at the University of Wolverhampton. Chelsea began their career as a Senior Sales Assistant at Skechers. Chelsea graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from the University of Wolverhampton in 2015.
