Since January 2010, Craig has served as the Senior Recruitment Manager at the Association of Colleges, where responsibilities include acting as an interim management partner to colleges and providing high-quality strategic services to enhance college performance. Prior to this role, Craig was a Senior Consultant at Strategi Search & Selection from 2003 to April 2010, contributing valuable expertise during that period. With over 20 years of experience in the FE sector, Craig possesses a deep understanding of the needs of colleges and the challenges they face.
