Chris Jacobs has had extensive work experience in marketing and strategic communications. Chris served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at AGB from 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Communications at AGB from 2019 to 2023.
From 2010 to 2019, Chris worked at NACD as the Marketing Director. During their tenure, they achieved significant growth in membership and revenue, implemented marketing strategies, developed sales assets, and positioned NACD as a leading voice in the director community.
Chris also worked as a Marketing Consultant for various organizations from 2007 to 2019. Chris was the Owner/Founder of Girls in the Know LLC from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Chris worked as a Marketing Consultant for Sprint, CoStar Group, Sprint/Nextel, NEXTEL, AMS, and AES/PlanetServices.com during different periods between 2001 and 2007.
Chris Jacobs attended DePaul University from 1987 to 1992 and Kellstadt Graduate School of Business from 1994 to 1996. They do not hold any specific degrees or fields of study. Additionally, Chris obtained a certification in "The Effective Leader" from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2022.
