With a background in engineering, Martyn has held various managerial positions at companies such as Dräger and Vaillant. Martyn also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Coventry University and has pursued further education in executive management and health and safety management. Currently, Martyn is working towards a Master of Business Administration & Management at Northumbria University.
