Nicole Zaretski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole began their career at Shiseido as an Export Clerk and later took on roles such as Traffic Clerk and Demonstration & Co-operative Advertising Administrator. Nicole then worked in marketing and advertising coordination for Shiseido before joining Berman & Larson Consultants, where they held the positions of Exhibit and Event Coordinator for Exelis and Exhibit and Event Specialist for Harris. At Harris Corporation, Nicole continued their work in exhibition and event management. Nicole also gained experience in exhibition coordination at InfoAge - Science History Learning Center and Museum. In 2019, Nicole joined L3Harris Technologies, where they initially served as the Exhibition and Event Management lead before transitioning to the role of Lead, Business Development Operations. Additionally, they held a leadership role as President of the AOC Garden State Chapter at the Association of Old Crows.
Nicole Zaretski has a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Studies from Seton Hall University. Nicole also holds a Master's Degree in Fine Arts - Exhibition Management from Montclair State University. In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Harris Corporation in June 2018.

The Association of Old Crows (AOC) is an organization for individuals who have common interests in Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations, Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities. The Association of Old Crows provides a means of connecting members and organizations nationally and internationally across government, defense, industry, and academia to promote the exchange of ideas and information, and provides a platform to recognize advances and contributions in these fields.
