Si (Cathy) He, LMSW, currently serves as a Crisis Psychiatric Social Worker with the Association to Benefit Children, where responsibilities include responding to mental health crises through the Children Mobile Crisis Team and providing short-term mental health services and case management. Previously, Si worked as a Psychotherapist at Community Counseling and Mediation, managing over 35 client cases, and as a CARELine Clinician for the United Federation Of Teachers, delivering support to in-service members through clinical assessments and resource referrals. Additional experience includes an internship at Multicultural Counseling and Research Center, where Si provided mental health counseling, and roles at Washington University in St. Louis, which involved promoting international student services and conducting research in suicide prevention. Si holds a Master's degree in Social Work (Mental Health) from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from The George Washington University.
