Alejandro Fertitta

Alejandro Fertitta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, IT governance, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance and IT Control Analyst at Assurant since July 2023, Alejandro leads a team in assessing IT general controls and ensuring regulatory compliance. In addition to this role, Alejandro has been the Department Chair for Business and Technology at Doral College since August 2021, overseeing faculty operations and driving academic excellence. As a founder of Munch Miami, Alejandro specializes in high-quality food photography and video production. Previous positions include Senior Sales Engineer at MicroStrategy, Senior Technical Consultant at Aptitude Software, Business Intelligence Analyst at Starboard Cruise Services, and Business Intelligence Developer at Assurant. Alejandro holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.
