Mark Bottorff is an experienced quality and manufacturing engineering professional with a strong background in process improvement and new product introduction (NPI). Currently serving as Quality Manager at AST since January 2021, Mark has held multiple titles, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Quality Process Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Norgren GT Development, where Mark focused on production engineering and cost reduction. At Samson Rope Technologies, Mark utilized Six Sigma methodologies as a Process Engineer and Lab Manager to enhance process capability and mentor staff, while also analyzing production results as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. Mark began their career at Precor as a Manufacturing Engineer and has held previous positions as Franchise Manager at College Pro and Welder at Coastline Equipment. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Washington University.
