Nikita Díaz Pérez has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nikita started their career as an Administrative Supervisor at Autopartes y Repuestos Interoceánica 15812, where they managed the billing and collections departments and maintained relationships with suppliers. Nikita then worked as a Shipping Lines/NVOCC Coordinator at Veconinter, where they generated reports, reconciled receivable accounts, and analyzed claims and credit/debit notes. After that, they joined EMC as a Semi Senior AP Analyst, responsible for processing bills, reconciling vendor billing statements, and preparing reports for payment runs. Nikita then transitioned to Global Eagle as a Senior Billing Analyst, where they prepared and distributed monthly invoices, addressed customer billing inquiries, and assisted with revenue analysis. Most recently, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Billing Specialist, where they standardized AR procedures, managed the month-end close process, and ensured accuracy and timeliness in billing processes. Currently, they are employed at AST & Science as an Accounts Payable Team Lead, leading the AP team, managing cash disbursements, and improving systems and controls.
