Gaziz Seilkhanov

Gaziz Seilkhanov is a seasoned professional in innovation and economic strategy with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Startup Acceleration at Presight and an Advisor to the CEO at Astana Hub, Gaziz plays a vital role in enhancing the startup ecosystem in Kazakhstan. Previous positions include Director of the Fostering Productive Innovations Program at The World Bank, where significant contributions featured the launch of Tumar Ventures and the Hero Training Program for startups in Central Eurasia. Gaziz has also served as Advisor and Research Supervisor at the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms, Deputy Chairman at the Economic Research Institute, and held various significant roles at The World Bank and GlobalWire Investments.
