Elden EE is currently the Head of Planning and Talent Development at the Institute of Microelectronics, where responsibilities include overseeing planning, talent development, marketing, and communications strategies. Previously, Elden served as a Principal Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, leading Resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM) experiments and mentoring a team of researchers. Prior experience includes working as the Global New Products Introduction Scale Up Manager at Heraeus and as a Senior Section Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, focusing on technology release processes and integration methodologies. Elden holds a Ph.D. in Plasma Assisted Deposition from Nanyang Technological University and an Engineering Degree in Material Science and Engineering from the same institution.

Established in 1991, the Institute of Microelectronics (IME) is a research institute under Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).
