Sherman Yuan

Sherman Yuan has extensive work experience in the engineering and production fields. Sherman started their career at BenQ Corporation as an Engineering Technician from 1999 to 2003. Sherman then worked at Solectron as an Engineering Technician from 2003 to 2004. Following that, they joined AsteelFlash China, Inc. as an Equipment Engineer/Process Engineer from 2004 to 2006, where they implemented process improvement initiatives. Sherman continued their career at AsteelFlash as a Manager of ME/PE/NPI from 2006 to 2010, where they led and managed three engineering departments. Sherman then became the Manager of Program Management at AsteelFlash China, Inc. from 2010 to 2011, leading the PM team and supporting customers in new product development. Sherman later became the Director of Business Unit at AsteelFlash from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Sherman is the Director of Engineering & Production at AsteelFlash China, Inc. since June 2013, where they oversee the engineering and production teams and has achieved significant improvements in efficiency and cost savings.

Sherman Yuan obtained an Associate's Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Soochow University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. Sherman further pursued their education at Harbin Industrial University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from 2008 to 2012.
