Kevin Tran

Kevin Tran has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin is currently working as a Software Development Engineer at CenterHQ, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, Kevin co-founded Astek Diagnostics in 2020, where they developed a platform for determining antibiotic sensitivity more efficiently. Kevin was also a Java Experience Engineer at Launch Academy, Inc from April to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Full Stack Developer at the Social Security Administration from August 2015 to August 2021. Kevin also gained experience as a Research Engineer at the Center for Advanced Sensor Technology, UMBC from May 2013 to August 2015, where they worked on developing biologically-derived medicines and published several research papers. Kevin's work experience also includes a research internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2011.

From 2008 to 2012, Kevin Tran attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. Their field of study focused on Biochemical Engineering.
