Abhi Aphale

Abhi Aphale is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and quality assurance across various leading companies. Currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at Astera Labs since October 2024, Abhi previously held multiple senior roles at Marvell Technology, including Associate Vice President of Custom Storage Firmware Development and Associate Vice President of Firmware Validation and QA. Abhi's career encompasses significant leadership positions at Stellus Technologies, Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center, LSI Corporation, Wipro Technologies, and Otis Elevator, demonstrating expertise in managing QA, firmware validation, and project management. Abhi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shivaji University.
