Alex Shukhman

Alex Shukhman is an experienced legal professional serving as Associate Vice President and Associate General Counsel - Corporate at Astera Labs since April 2025. Prior to this role, Alex held multiple leadership positions within the Society for Corporate Governance, including President, Vice President, and Treasurer for the Northern California, Hawaii, and Nevada Chapter from May 2022 to December 2024. Alex also has significant experience at Intel Corporation from November 2019 to November 2024, serving as Director of Associate General Counsel for Corporate Securities and Governance and Stockholder Interaction and Governance, among other roles. Previous positions include Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at Lam Research from September 2012 to October 2019, and Attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP from December 2007 to March 2012. Alex holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in Business-Economics and Accounting from UCLA.
