Ari Rubin

Ari Rubin currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Astera Labs since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rubin was a Partner at Celesta Capital from February 2021 to March 2025. Experience includes board positions at various technology companies such as Alveo Technologies, Telescent Inc., Autonomy, Ground Control, Orion Labs, Deep North, and Reviver within the years 2022 to 2025. Rubin's earlier career included serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Qualcomm from November 2013 to February 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
