Fernanda Arias

Fernanda Arias, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with a focus on compensation and benefits. Currently serving as the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Astera Labs since April 2024, Fernanda previously held the position of Compensation & Benefits Regional Leader at Marvell Technology from May 2022 to April 2024. Prior roles include Senior Compensation Analyst at Analog Devices and Human Resources Generalist at Maxim Integrated, where significant contributions were made towards improving on-boarding processes and employee review materials. Fernanda's career began with experience as a Human Resources Intern at Maxim Integrated and as a Human Resources Administrator at Navikan Diamond Distributor, alongside a stint as a Client Executive at ITsavvy. Fernanda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
