Li Donaghy

Li Donaghy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in global tax management. Currently serving as Associate VP Finance and Head of Global Tax at Astera Labs since June 2024, Li leads the strategy, planning, reporting, and compliance for global income and non-income taxes, providing valuable insights to the C-suite. Prior to this role, Li was Senior Director and Head of Global Tax at MOLOCO, focusing on business growth and tax risk mitigation. Li's career also includes significant roles at PwC US and PwC EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, specializing in ASC 740 and U.S. tax compliance, as well as a position at SanDisk Corporation handling federal tax matters. Li began professional training at Deloitte Tax LLP, concentrating on corporate income tax provision and compliance. Li obtained a Master's in Taxation and a Bachelor's in Accounting from San Jose State University.
