Fifi Kara

Fifi Kara is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aster, a company dedicated to preventing avoidable maternal health complications, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of women's health providers. Previously, Fifi served as the Product Design Manager for Health at Meta, leading a cross-functional team on software development for AR Wrist Wearables, and as a Staff Product Designer at Facebook, contributing to popular products like Workplace and Messenger. Fifi is also a Co-Founder of the Good People Fund, an angel investment collective supporting underrepresented founders in Europe and the US, and held the position of Chief Product Officer at Business Score. Earlier experience includes product design at Bulb and founding Model Westminster, a social enterprise promoting political literacy among under-privileged students. Fifi holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy & Government from The London School of Economics and attended Y Combinator and Indiana University Bloomington as a Fulbright Scholar in Entrepreneurship.
