Diane Stephen

Diane Stephen is a seasoned management consultant and executive coach with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving at asteri since October 2019, Diane has also held the position of Group COO at Circularity First and Board Chair at Grampian Housing Association. Diane founded EWF Group, where Diane served as Group Managing Director until September 2019, and has held strategic roles at bp, The Berkeley Partnership, Accenture, IBM, and PwC. Diane holds an MA in French and Italian from the University of Glasgow, an MSc in Business and IT Systems from the University of Strathclyde, and an MSc in International Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University.
