Alan Rodricks

Alan Rodricks is an experienced engineering professional specializing in electrified powertrain testing and validation, currently serving as the Head of Electrified Powertrain Testing & Validation at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Engineer at Valmet Automotive, ERS R&D Engineer at Honda R&D Europe, and Hybrid Integration Engineer at MAGTEC. Rodricks has a proven track record in systems design and integration from earlier positions at Ricardo and RDVS Ltd., where significant contributions were made in electronics and electrical engineering. Educational credentials include two Master of Science degrees, one in Automotive Engineering from the University of Sussex and the other in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University, alongside an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Madras.
