Chau Ngo

Chau Ngo is a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Lead Network Engineer at Astound Broadband since March 2023, Chau previously held multiple positions at Wave Broadband from June 2014 to March 2023, progressing from Network Support Technician to Network Engineer II, contributing to a fiber-based network that spans over 6,000 miles along the West Coast. Earlier roles include Subject Matter Expert at Xerox, PC Technician for Microsoft, and Media Technician at Shoreline Community College. Chau holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Security from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science/Engineering from Shoreline Community College.
