Currently serving as a QC and R&D Engineer at ASTRA POLYMERS since January 2022, Saismruti has previously worked as a senior team member in QM and R&D at JJ Plastalloy Pvt Ltd for a brief period in 2021. Prior to that, Saismruti contributed to Quality Assurance and Quality Control at Rajiv Plastic Industries from July 2018 to August 2021.
