Dan Van Winkle

Dan Van Winkle is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Astranis Space Technologies since March 2022, Dan previously held the position of Staff Design Engineer at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory for 18 years. Prior to that, Dan worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Sunrise Telecom Inc and as a Staff Scientist at HP. Dan started their career as a Member of the Technical Staff at Watkins-Johnson. Dan holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Santa Clara University and a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
