Gina Santoni

Gina Santoni is a legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at DES since March 2022, where responsibilities include providing legal guidance and negotiating various contracts. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Ventura, Hersey & Muller, LLP, focusing on all stages of litigation and client communication. As a Legal Extern at Rodnunsky & Associates - Bay Area, Gina drafted research memos and assisted in trial preparation, while earlier experience as a Law Clerk at Henshaw & Henry, PC involved case material assembly and trial document preparation. A Summer Legal Intern at WageWorks, Gina drafted and reviewed a range of contracts and researched regulatory issues. Gina holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, completed in May 2020.
