Roshena MacPherson

Roshena MacPherson is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Director for Flight Controls at Astranis Space Technologies, overseeing Flight Software, Guidance Navigation & Controls, and Mission Operations since October 2017. Prior roles at Astranis include Senior Ground Software Engineer and various leadership positions in guidance, navigation, and control. Roshena's background includes a Firmware Engineering Internship at Fossil Group, Inc. and research at Stanford University's Autonomous Systems Lab, focusing on gecko-inspired adhesives for space applications. Roshena holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of California, Berkeley.
