Toby Schultz

Toby Schultz is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in management and operations within the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Engineering Laboratory Manager at Astranis Space Technologies since April 2022, Toby oversees lab and production needs for geostationary satellites, collaborating with business and launch operations teams. Prior to this role, Toby was the Manager of Fleet Support at Zoox, managing a team of engineering and vehicle test technicians for the development of autonomous vehicles, and implementing strategic operational plans. Toby also held various positions at Uber, including Operations Engineering Manager and Engineering Technician Manager, focusing on standardized processes and productivity improvements.
