Tiffany Davis

Tiffany Davis is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the US BioPharmaceuticals Business at AstraZeneca since November 2020, Tiffany has previously held significant roles at the same company, including Executive Director, HR Business Partner and Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Tiffany was a Senior Director of HR at Ally and a Manager in Human Capital M&A at Deloitte Consulting. Tiffany's career began as an HR Manager focusing on mobility and leadership development at SEI. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
