Vadim Malai

Vadim Malai has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. ■ Vadim started their career as a Junior Web Developer at the Information Society Development Institute in 2011. ■ Vadim then joined Propeople as a Drupal Developer in 2012.

In 2014, Vadim became the Chief Technology Officer at HireMore, where they led the development team of a start-up in the recruiting space. ■ Vadim'smain responsibilities included recruiting and staffing developers, mentoring and building team culture, product development, strategic planning and execution, workforce assignment and task management, feature development, and code reviews. ■ Vadim held this role until May 2018.

From June 2018 to February 2020, Vadim worked at Astreya as a Lead Developer with the R&D Department. ■ Vadim then transitioned to the role of Engineering Lead for Internal Projects in February 2020, where they are currently employed.

In January 2021, Vadim joined RelayiQ as the Head of Engineering. ■ Vadim is responsible for leading the engineering team and is scheduled to complete their role in December 2022.

Throughout their career, Vadim has demonstrated strong technical skills and leadership abilities, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Vadim Malai completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei in 2013. ■ Vadim has obtained several additional certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, and Product Management Studio from UC Berkeley Executive Education. Additionally, they hold the Acquia Certified Developer 2014 certification from Acquia.
