Vishal Thapa

Vishal Thapa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Network Operations Engineer at Astreya since October 2018, Vishal also leads the FNA & EDGE Network Services for Astreya at Facebook. Prior to this role, Vishal worked at HCL Technologies from March 2013 to September 2018 as an Associate Consultant, focusing on server and network infrastructure for Facebook's CDN. Earlier career highlights include a leadership position at Kayako Helpdesk Pvt. Ltd., and technical training at HCL Infosystems Ltd., where expertise in Linux systems and various server technologies was honed. Vishal holds an MCA in Computers from NIMT and a Senior Secondary degree in Humanities from Satluj Public School.
