Nicole Bethea

Nicole Bethea, MS, CCRP, currently serves as a Senior Clinical Solutions Consultant at Astrix since April 2024. Previously, Nicole held the position of Senior Manager for TMF System Operations & Clinical Documentation at Olema Oncology from May 2023 to April 2024, and prior to that was a Senior Manager for Clinical Systems Optimization at EQRx until the company closed in February 2023. Nicole's earlier experience includes roles at Stryker, where responsibilities included Clinical Systems Manager and Clinical Trial Operations Lead from 2018 to 2022, and a Lead Clinical Research Associate at Edwards Lifesciences from 2016 to 2018. Nicole's career began at W. L. Gore & Associates, with various roles from 2006 to 2014, including Clinical Study Manager. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Research Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from San José State University, along with a certification as a Clinical Research Professional from GateWay Community College.
