Currently serving as Regional Engineering Manager at Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd. since October 2018, Charmaine oversees engineering projects across terminals in South Africa and Botswana, including capital budget development. Prior to this, Charmaine worked at Chevron from May 2007 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team as Regional Engineering Support Manager and overseeing capital projects as Engineering Supervisor. Charmaine began professional career at BOC Gases, managing customer engineering services and installations. Educational qualifications include a BSc(ENG) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a BCom in Business Management & Accounts from the University of South Africa.
