Salma Annisa

Salma Annisa currently serves as the Employee & Industrial Relations Lead at ASTRO since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role at Alterra Indonesia from July 2018 to July 2022, where duties encompassed industrial relations and HR audit compliance, managing the People Relations sub-division, and developing company regulations. Salma previously worked at Mapan - PT Ruma from 2015 to 2018, focusing on employee benefits and internal communication, as well as serving as a Legal Officer at PT. Target Kelola Securindo, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing contracts and providing legal advice related to HR and labor laws. Early career experience includes a creative position at SCTV, contributing to on-air programming and content development. Salma holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Economic Law from Universitas Padjadjaran.
