Syarafa Siti Mizana

Syarafa Siti Mizana currently serves as the Head of Offline Operations at ASTRO, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Syarafa accumulated extensive experience in the coffee industry at Fore Coffee, progressing through roles from Junior Area Manager to Regional Operations Manager from June 2019 to July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Cluster Manager at PT MAXX COFFEE PRIMA and various management roles at Domino's, including Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Syarafa also worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at PPM Institute of Management and held pastry chef positions at Prime Plaza Hotel Jogjakarta and Hyatt Regency. Syarafa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Magister Manajemen FEB UGM and a Bachelor of Education in Food Technology and Processing from Yogyakarta State University.
