Haley Block

Haley Block is an experienced professional in talent operations and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Operations Lead at Astronomer since March 2023. Previously, Haley held the position of Talent Operations Specialist at Astronomer from January 2022 to January 2023 and worked as an Operations Coordinator in the same timeframe. Prior to that, Haley gained valuable experience in guest relations as a Host, Reservationist, and Guest Relations staff member at Cotogna from July 2021 to December 2021. In 2020, Haley contributed to public relations efforts as an intern at Santa Cruz Free Clinic. Educationally, Haley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and History from the University of California, Santa Cruz, between September 2017 and March 2021.
