Fatih Akpinar is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Procurement Manager at Astroscale since March 2022, Akpinar previously held the position of Mechanical Systems Procurement Chief at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii from June 2007 to March 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing procurement for significant indigenous projects such as TF-X, ATAK, and GÖKBEY. In earlier roles at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii, Akpinar specialized in contract and subcontract management for space systems and aircraft, coordinating complex negotiations and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
