Paras Bengco possesses extensive experience in sales and business development within the Human Capital Management sector, currently serving as a Key Account Sales Executive at Asure Software since January 2018, where expertise lies in payroll, biometric time attendance solutions, and digital workplace optimization. Since November 2014, Paras has also held the position of Business Development Consultant at TelePayroll, Inc., focusing on HRIS and time attendance systems. Prior roles include President of Miracle Miles Consulting, Co-Founder of HRX Payroll, Vice President at American Payroll Management, Regional Sales Manager at Automatic Data Processing, and Franchise Owner/President of Senior Helpers.
