Jo Ann Rainwater possesses over two decades of experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Mobility and Global Benefits at Asurion since June 2015, where responsibilities include directing operations and policy development. Prior to Asurion, Jo Ann worked at Permanent General from August 2010 to June 2015 as a Human Resources Generalist, managing complex projects and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Jo Ann also held multiple training-focused roles at T-Mobile from January 2002 to August 2010, culminating in a position as Learning & Development Trainer, where training and development for over 300 employees was effectively managed. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business, also with a concentration in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Phoenix.
