Luc Leger

Luc Leger has extensive experience in training, development, and quality assurance within the customer solutions industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Asurion University at Asurion since June 2002, Luc leads design, training, and coaching efforts, previously held roles including Director of Learning and Development International and Senior Manager of Employee Experience and Training. In these positions, Luc managed training across multiple locations, developed comprehensive training programs, and collaborated with various stakeholders to address learning needs. Prior experience includes Quality Assurance Manager at NB Power, where Luc established the Quality Assurance department, and Technical Trainer at ICT Group. Educational qualifications include a Human Resource Certification from the University of New Brunswick and a Diploma in Network Administration from Oulton's Business College.
