Joephery Rafael is a dedicated professional with experience as a Coding Instructor at Coding With Kids, where responsibilities included teaching coding fundamentals, managing a classroom of K-12 students, and developing methods for communicating abstract ideas. Additionally, Joephery contributed to the Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles Team at the University of Washington as a Software Team Member focused on the Control System Subteam. Joephery is currently pursuing a degree at the University of Washington, having previously earned a High School Diploma from South Kitsap High School.

The Associated Students of the University of Washington is a non-profit organization that serves as the student government at the University of Washington. The structure of the ASUW is a complex composition of 25 units, including entities, enterprises, commissions, programs, and committees. Operating with a budget of approximately one million dollars, 72 employees and over 500 volunteers work to serve students and improve student life. Our mission: The Associated Students of the University of Washington is the democratic voice of students that engages the campus community through programming, services and advocacy. The ASUW strives to enrich student life and develop future leaders.
