As the General Manager of Listings Compliance at ASX since January 2005, David oversees the compliance of all ASX listed entities with the Listing Rules, ensuring the integrity and reputation of the ASX market while also enhancing its standing as a listing venue. Prior to this role, David was the Manager of Listings Compliance at ASX, leading the Sydney office and managing a team dedicated to effective compliance outcomes. Additionally, from July 2003 to November 2013, David served as a Board Member of the Companies Auditors Liquidators Disciplinary Board, where involvement centered around reviewing conduct applications from ASIC and APRA related to registered company auditors and liquidators.
