William Duvall

William Duvall is a seasoned Senior Underwriter with extensive experience in professional liability insurance, including specialties in Insurance Agents E&O, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, and Employment Practices Liability. Duvall currently holds a position at At-Bay since July 2025 and has previously served in similar roles at Starr Insurance Companies and U.S. Risk, LLC from April 2014 to August 2025.
