Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Pier 1 Imports, where Monique advanced from Graphic Designer to Senior Art Director, leading photo art direction and creating omnichannel marketing strategies. Additional roles include Assistant Design Director at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and copy editing positions at the Austin American-Statesman and Rocky Mountain News. Monique holds a B.S. in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
